We are experts in shipping and we have contracted with private shipping agents to manage the shipment of your goods. Usually our intention with any shipment is based on 2 things:

1) Get the order to you the customer safe and securely with insurance to avoid any problems.
2) Mark the item as a gift or commercial sample to avoid border duties for our international clients.

If you require any special shipping instructions we advise you contact us in advance or we will use whatever service we feel is most appropriate to get it to you the fastest and the safest. If you live in a very remote region of the world it is advisable to contact us about any special delivery instructions.
