WARRANTY TERMS

We offer a 2 Year Conditional Warranty on our HID Kits

The terms of our warranty are such that upon receipt of the HID Conversion Kit or other Xenon related product covered under warranty by our company the 2 year period begins where the customer can receive:

Year 1 - Replacement Warranty

The item will be replaced with a new item at no cost if it is found to fail due to defects of manufacturing and not by the improper use or installation of the buyer. The goods need to be mailed back to us and the warranty does not include costs of shipping.

Year 2 - Repair Warranty

During year 2 you can return the item to our factory to be repaired and then mailed back to you in working condition. The goods need to be mailed back to us and the warranty does not include costs of shipping.

Other Terms

Voiding the Warranty and items not covered under warranty: the warranty can be voided by any of the following activities:

1) Improper use or installation such as installing the HID with parts that do not belong to the kit, modifying the kit by taking it apart, modifying the electrical parts of the kit, etc.

2) Using the kit for purposes besides as headlights for a car.

3) Damage inflicted by buyer either directly or accidentally

4) Replacement Bulbs - eventually bulbs will run out and need to be replaced, this is not a warranty issue.
