2.) How long should it take for my products to arrive?

4) What is included in a single HID Conversion Kit?
Each kit includes: 2 ballasts, 2 xenon lights, 2 adaptor harnesses, instructions manual, protective case.

6) Do you allow returns or exchanges?
We allow returns within the first 7 days but there is a restocking fee of 15$ and the buyer is responsible to return the HID Conversion Kit back to our company. We allow exchanges or products free of charge but the cost of shipping is still the buyer's responsibility. However, if we make an error then we will pay for all shipping and it is not the responsibility of the buyer.

7) Are your HID Kits real xenon or knock-offs?
Our hid kits are 100% authentic xenon and not fake. Some sellers in China sell fake kits which are just halogen bulbs and actually have a shorter lifespan than regular halogen bulbs.
